These packages are intended to provide a small business the basic legal services required to get off the ground running. The package starts with help choosing the right name and setting up the business entity as a corporation, or limited liability company. But the package does not end there... Small Business Setup Package includes the following:
- Advice on the selection of your business entity (includes correspondance with client and memoranda of basic legal & business issues),
- Assistance with filing the Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization with the Massachusetts Secretary of State, and
- Drafting your business's Operating Agreement or Partnership Agreement

Package One:
- Business Formation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or a Corporation
- Drafting an operating agreement or corporate bylaws

- Drafting an employee contract or an independent contractor’s agreement.
- Drafting a sales or service contract.
The legal fee for this package is $1,250 in addition to government filing fees
Package Two:
- Business Formation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or a Corporation
- Drafting an operating agreement or corporate bylaws
- Research and drafting a report on the trademark strength of your business name
- Filing for a trademark on your business name, web site name and logo
- Drafting a non-disclosure contract (NDA)
- Drafting an employee contract or an independent contractor’s agreement.
- Drafting a sales or service contract.
- Draft legal disclaimers for your website
The legal fee for this package is $2,000 in addition to government filing fees.
